Umedalens IF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ersmarks IK, which they won with 3-2. Thereby Umedalens IF won the entire Slutspel A in Boys 16 RENT-A-WRECK-CUP during Umeå Fotbollsfestival 2022. Umedalens IF also participated in Boys 13 UPAB CUP during Umeå Fotbollsfestival 2019.
