Together with RF/SISU Västerbotten has Mariehem SK and Umeå Fotbollsfestival produced a video highlighting the role of the referee. The film features interviews with, among others, two young referees who share what they enjoy most about officiating and discuss what a safe, positive match environment means to them. Unfortunately, it is all too common today for players, coaches, and spectators to shout at and behave poorly toward referees; however, by working together, we can all take responsibility for preventing this.
