REGISTRATION FEE ( Paid before 10 days after registration)
Paid for each team registered to the tournament. The registration fee includes:
• Team participation in the tournament
• Administration and competition costs
• Disco for all players Friday and Saturday night
• Discounts on activities / goods through the festival's partners
• Medals for all participants in classes B8-B9, G8-G9
The registration is valid when the registration fee has been paid (no later than 10 days after the notification). Remember to enter your team number upon payment.
PARTICIPATION FEE ( Pay before 2023-05-31)
Every team that chooses to live in the Umeå Football Festival is paying a participation fee for each player and leader. The participation fee includes:
5-a-side:
• Accommodation Friday-Sunday at the school on air mattress
• Meals from breakfast Friday - Sunday lunch.
• Free trips with Umeå Football Festival tournament buses (Thursday morning - Sunday afternoon)
7- and 9/11 -a-side:
• Accommodation Thursday-Sunday at the school on air mattress
• Meals from breakfast Thursday - Sunday lunch
• Free trips with Umeå Football Festival tournament buses (Thursday morning - Sunday afternoon)
EXTRA NIGHT
If you wish to arrive on Wednesday or leave on Monday you need to book extranight. This costs 150 SEK / person and night. Please note that meals are not included.
DEPOSIT
For teams with accomodation provided by Umeå Football Festival, a deposit of 500 SEK is taken. The deposit is payable in conjunction with the participant fee and is returned at the time of your check-out.
LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
All teams must have a valid list of participants via CupManager no later than 2023-07-10 . Teams that have not done this will be charged 200 SEK during the check-in. Late changes to the player list due to injury or illness can be made free of charge.
PAYMENTS
Registration fees must be paid no later than 10 days after notification.
Participation fees can be paid until 2023-05-31.
All fees are paid to the organizer Mariehem SK.

CANCELLATION
The registration fee will only be refunded if teams decide to cancel their participation no later than 2023-05-31. The fee will be refunded with an administrative reduction of 500 SEK. After 2023-05-31 no refunds will be made.
Participation fees will only be refunded if a valid medical certificate can be shown.
